A Grayson County native, Tohnie Hynds earned her bachelor's degree from Austin College and her law degree from Southern Methodist University. She was Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and was a BV® DistinguishedTM Peer Review RatedSM attorney by Martindale-Hubbell®. Ms. Hynds co-founded Hynds & Gordon, P.C. in 1991.

A native Texan, J. Don Gordon devotes his time to resolving civil disputes through alternative dispute resolution and litigation. Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for 28 years, in 2003 he was named a national finalist for Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. Mr. Gordon graduated with high honors from East Texas State University in 1974 and earned his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 1977.
